I'm looking for the best TV Tuner capture card within $100, For recording and then video edit. I currently have an ATI TV wonder VE, I want one of the newer within $100 cards because the ATI wonder VE doesn't quite cut it for video quility for me. Any info would be greatly appricated!

I've updated the bios to the latest, reinstalled the AGP and ATI drivers (latest) and 4in1 drivers, Its all the same. So, what should I try next? Or could it possibly be my motherboard?

Hi i just got an ATI Radeon 8500 64mb DDR w/ tv out. But the performence has very little gain over my older Geforce2 32mb gts, like fps staying around 40 with full everything in UT, flight sim gets 10fps, and everythings else pretty much with the same performence as the old gf2 would pull up...
