    CPU 120mm Fan Question

The EVO instructions discuss installing a push/pull configuration and does not discourage this. I am not sure that it would truly affect fan life to the extent i should be concerned with it. And if so, i will take several degrees cooler versus some reduced fan life (they are cheap anyways...

    CPU 120mm Fan Question

I have noticed that when i turn down the fan speed on my controller it dims the LED. Not too worried about that though. Glad to hear its not a problem. Felt kind of ridiculous posting this, because i couldn't think of any real reason the fan wouldn't work, but just wanted to make sure. Thanks...

    CPU 120mm Fan Question

So for my case i bought a 120mm fan for side cooling. But i decided to go with a 200mm side cooling fan that is compatible with my case instead so i had the 120mm to play around with. The fan is an Antec 120mm Red LED Case Fan (Specs for the 120mm Antec listed below). My question is, can i...

    2500K Beginner Overclock Review--4.00GHz OC

So im going to try and lower my voltage to 1.26V for my 4.00GHz OC. I know this is still somewhat high for a 4.00GHz OC but my chip failed IBT 20 max turns at 1.25V so it may just be a less than ideal chip. Does running 4.00GHz at 1.26V sound acceptable?

    2500K Beginner Overclock Review--4.00GHz OC

Yeah my OC is at 4.00Ghz, my bad on the original posting. I tried going 4.44/4.45GHz and decided to just stay at 4.00GHz. So my settings/voltage is acceptable for a 4.00GHz OC? Thanks btw all...

    2500K Beginner Overclock Review--4.00GHz OC

I just finished up my first OC, that i judge successful at least. I was attempting to OC to 4.00GHz on my i5 2500K. I tried going up to 4.5GHz with little success and decided all i need for now is 4.00GHz (may try to work my way up eventually, but for now i just want to game). Listed below are...

Intel 2500k [Gigabyte Z68XP-UD3P] Extremely High Voltage Readings

I am new to the OC scene and have done a lot of research before starting my OC on my Intel 2500k 3.3 GHz i5 CPU. I have tried several different methods (about 3-4 different OC's) over the past week or so. On each occasion my Vcore has gone through the roof when i ran Prime95 Large FFT's--above...
