What kind of CFM should I be looking for in a fan if I want to do minor overclcoking?

I know that I can put nearly any 80x25mm fan on it; however, I was wondering if I could put an LED fan on it and still get all the cooling benefits? Any suggestions on a really good LED fan? Something besides the Thermaltake smartfan.
