    Can Patriot PC2-8500 work on 750i board

    Can Patriot Extreme Performance Viper Series DDR2 4GB (2 x 2GB) PC2-8500 the above memory work on e-vga 750 SLi motherboard. They list other motherboard but not the 750 . "Tested and compatible with Intel P35, X38, and Nvidia NF680i and NF780i boards."

    How good is this board? Does anybody know if the claim that the PCI-E runs SLI mode: Hardware ready for x16, x16 is correct? I thought the 750 boards only ran 8 x 8 sli.
