Anyone want to try another contract-less carrier?

Before I started service with Ting a few weeks ago, using the Motorola Photon, I had an LG Optimus V with Virgin Mobile with their grandfathered $25 Beyond Talk plan with 300 voice minutes, and a grandfathered T-Mobile Even More Plus plan with 500 minutes minus texting for $54.99 before taxes...

    Lg optimus v (virgin mobile)

I've had this phone since late February, and I had other Android phones before (Samsung Vibrant on T-Mobile, Samsung Epic 4G on Sprint, also currently have T-Mobile G2). 1. Good: For a low to middle-end phone, it's pretty good overall. The touchscreen is responsive, and any lag that appears...

    Lg optimus v (virgin mobile)

Same here. I also see plenty of complaints on the VM USA Facebook page and Howard Forums.

Cheap Android phone(ATT) for development purposes (used is fine)

Also for around $150 new is the T-Mobile Comet. But the LG Optimus V is a good choice if you can actually get one.

Do you use a Prepaid phone for web browsing?

If I limit my browsing to checking things like sports scores, the weather, news, then what I am using is good enough. Oh, and even my phone uses 3G, it uses EV-DO Rev. 0 instead of EV-DO Rev. A. In a nutshell, what I have is slower. Hope this helps!

Do you use a Prepaid phone for web browsing?

I just got an LG Rumor Touch for Virgin Mobile (I'm using it to type this response!). It is adequate for many websites, especially those that have more text than anything else, provided that the Opera Mini web browser is used. So any mobile site and full sites like Craigslist seems to work...

[POLL] - How often do you brush your teeth?

After breakfast (or maybe lunch on the weekends if I brush at all) and definitely once (and floss) at night after dinner.

    Dim Sum near UCLA

The only good option you have for dim sum near UCLA would be VIP Harbor Seafood, but the comments here might make you think otherwise. You should probably just leave early and go east to downtown for Empress Pavilion or a little further east towards Alhambra/Monterey Park (where I live!)...

    wii games

I was a PC gamer too, until I got my Wii in April 2007 (I also have a PS3). Here's a list of games I have currently, and notes on each game: -Wii Sports: Of course, it came w/the Wii -Wii Play: Got the game for the 2nd controller, a good choice to play with multiplayer, and perhaps by...

    Console Loyalty Poll

I had a Dreamcast, and now I currently have a PS3 and Wii. Before my current consoles, and even when I had the Dreamcast, I was more of a PC gamer.

    Best Nintendo 64 Games

Many friends and I enjoyed Diddy Kong Racing when we played, but I don't know if it's really a good title or not.

    Call of Duty

I still have it on my PC as it's probably my favorite MP game. It helps that my computer can at least handle it as I also have COD4, which doesn't fare as well. I just love using the rifles and getting a kill with one shot.

Pc Club (clubit.com) are closed for good --->update

I remember getting a few parts from the Westwood, CA PC Club to build my first PC by hand back near 2000 or 2001, since I had the original Unreal Tournament and a few other FPS games to play. But I have gone to Fry's since then.

Do you still use CRT monitors?

19" NEC MultiSync FP950 for my gaming machine. I will replace it eventually, but I don't know when. Plus, I don't know what to get as a replacement (either a 1080p LCD television or monitor).
