Yes the ticking is when the computer shut down. If I switch the psu off, the ticking stops, switch back on its there agian.

Just built a computer for a mate Motherboard Asus A7N266-VM ?PSU 350W but I am having problems with it? the computer keeps re-booting do you think it could be a duff PSU or have you any other suggestions. Thanks
