I bought the PNY from Newegg about a month ago and am very pleased. O/C's to 250/560. Haven't used the DVI. As a side note, the PNY cards are manufactured by MSI for PNY. My card says MSI 8851 rev 1.30 on the card and the bios is MSI.

The GF3 and Ti series have better bandwidth. If you don't play games at higher resolutions (above 1024x768) or use 32 bit color, the perfomance is about the same (with older games). I've got a GF2 Pro and a Ti200. With the Ti200 I can crank up the color, the res and turn on all the visual candy. :)

The SK6 is designed for the fan to blow "ON" to the HS. Your temps are normal/average. I've got my 1.4 O/C'd to 1.59 (10x159) and I'm using a Delta 30.5 cfm, 39.5 dba, 5500 rpm fan. My temps under full load never exceed 44c and now in the winter, they never get above 38c.

That's basically how mine's set up except for the AGP Read Synchronization. I don't have that option and need to look up what it does.

Heck I went from a Gainward GF2 Pro/450 Golden Sample to a PNY GF3 Ti200 and saw a BIG difference. I can't imagine how big the jump from an MX would be.
