I kinda had the same problem a year ago. From what I remember all I had to do was select the first (or second or thrid - it doesn't matter) boot device to SCSI. I also think I might have updated the RAID drivers (it never hurts) and that was all.

Question about getdataback: How long does it take to complete a scan for what you are looking for? I have an 80 gig WD drive that I want to recover everything on, but when I ran getdataback it took hours to even get thru 1% of a scan, not to mention the time it would have taken to actually...
