For 350$ I doubt you can find anything with reasonably fast response time. I recently bought a LG 1710B lcd which I think you might want to look into. It's a lot better for gaming than I expected and cheaper than Samsung or Eizo lcd's. The only lame thing about it so far is the poor menu system...
