Hi,
So I recently bought a computer (2nd hand) and I'll admit I'm no computer tech.
My problem is I have a front intake fan that wasn't connected and I can't find anywhere to plug this fan in. The model is an Akasa Apache Black (model number: DFS122512L), it has some sort of 4 pin connecter...
Thanks very much for the responses.
I will be doing some modeling so might use the extra ram. Besides that, the extra stick I'm looking at is only 5 pounds shipped so for that cost I'm not worried at all if I don't use it.
What I need to know now is if the stick of ram I'm looking at is...
Hi,
I purchased a second hand pc which has 6gb (3x2Gb) OCZ Gold DDR3 PC3 10666 1333MHz Triple Channel.

Hi guys,
I've come over from New Zealand and now I'm in located in the UK. It didn't make sense to bring my computer from NZ so I sold it.
Buying a new complete system in the UK is expensive and I might be forced to sell it after ~1.5 years (my work visa duration).
The games I...

If a 5750 is the best I can do without a PSU upgrade and it gives me about twice the performance of my current 4670 then that sounds great!
Is there any way I can use software check what my current system power consumption is and if my 420W generic brand PSU can definately handle an ATi 5750...
Thanks for the replies
My PSU came with the case which is an Easteck Case ET-3383BS
Its about 1.5yrs old
I'll try to hunt down some more information on the PSU, but probably just go on the assumption its just a generic one as the case was not expensive.
What I'm trying to establish is if I...
