Thank you antyler. It is nice to see that there are polite people out there who can express themselves without offending others. You don't need to be an expert to say you like or dislike something; it is a matter of taste. I like it too and will work with others to improve it in the future...

TruePaige it all depends how much is your work worth. There is a budget for chosen ones ;-) I'd like to talk to people who realize that there is an opportunity to do something and maybe profit out of it, but so far I have been laughed at by people who don't even know how to use quote feature...
