but if he spent more money on a mobo surely it would give a better performance than a cheaper one plus the capability of upgrading it in the future were as if it was cheap maybe it has restrictions.

the sound card i got was £7 and is was playing bf2 the quality of the sound really inproved and the game ran smother compard to on board sound. but now i have a sound blaster CREATIVE SB LIVE 7.1 24-BIT and u notice the difference with that to.

Personally yea get a sound card when i got one i could tell the difference when listen to music only in the quality of the sound not sure about the cpu been faster just depends on what you do but if u play games u see a big difference. so i would get one u can get cheap ones for £7

Hi i unlocked the pipelines a while ago and had a few problems which was unrelated to that so i had to format it.. does the pipelines close once formatted or stay open cos now im getting the bsod.
