Memory tests don't always catch errors. Try running with one stick for a while or running through the programs listed in the stability testing thread that is a sticky in the CPU forum.

I fixed it. I found that Intel had a newer BIOS available that updated the USB 3 pin outs. Front Panel USB 3 now works correctly.
