Atacom.com has these two boards. Basically, in my own opinion, the biggest different is on the memory support. (Of course, P4T533 has RAID, but P4T533-C doesn't.) From now on you only need one stick of RDRAM. It is the first one has this greatest feature in the world.;)

I think it is kind of crazy because ATACOM still stay at $209. And now they have another 64mb version only for $165.00.

ATACOM.com has some in stock now. They also have pc800 -4ns 256mb RDRAM for overclocking. Actually, this kind of memory is not often to see. Before pc1066 comimg up, these memory should be good for 533mhz FSB system.
