A long time ago I did. I was helping a friend build a new computer and he decided to install the video card himself while I was out getting us some chow. He put the video ram in backwards (remember this was a long time ago) and when he turned it on the thing lit up like a christmas tree.

The PixelVision monitors they sell have a regular HD15 connector. They mention needing a fixed frequency video card. Maybe you can find some info there to help.
FWIW I checked NT Compatible's listing and it was reported to work flawlessly under all RC's for W2K. I would assume that was using the NT4 drivers since the test was 11/99.
