yes, the bios i have is modden ( 2.02a ) but how i check the voltage doesn't exceed the one provided by the motherboard?

Hi guys, anybody has specs for 4GB ram ( 2x2GB Kingston) I have bios 2.02a and QX6800 processor. i've tried everything but nothing works. with default values doesn't even boot ( i see only one blinking cursor). I had to lower the FSB from 266 to 260 to boot but it is still very unstable...
