You will lose the weight for sure. But its not something that is sustainable and when you finally break the weight comes back fast. Best meal plan is to eat small healthy meals 6 times a day.

6% is a ripoff. 4% is pretty standard by me. You can even get 3% but they wont work that hard and bottom line your house to make a quick buck.

Call them. They will most likely think you are a no show and give away your room.

I guess I could. I wish they came with a Win 7 license as well. I hate to have to buy an OS license but I guess its not a bad idea. Prices have come down a bit. :thumbsup:

In the video he said he couldn't use Fedex or any other carrier to ship it because the value of the image was too high and they wouldn't do it. I would imagine the guy was smart enough to get paid a nice check for it.
