I have a document that I would like to convert to text so I can cut and paste parts of it. When I scan the document it always goes to an image. Anyway usualful utilities to convert an image to text ?

He was going really fast could barely get a glimpse inside the limo. It was pretty wild wish I had a sign. Secret Service is still on my street, not sure what they are waiting for, probably don't want anybody putting a bomb by the street. If he comes back the same way I'm going to take...
