There was a problem with an early model of Rev3 where the red and black wires are swapped....it is well document and AC knows about it. I don't understand why they didn't honor your warranty. Anyway, it is a simple fix

i remember now... they wanted at business tax code or a corporate credit card for purchase i was going to buy a E1705 couple weeks ago and ended up with the 9300 on the dell home deal

i just tried to buy a laptop from dell biz two weeks ago i know a few years back individuals can buy from dell biz but no anymore. if you're saying this info is wrong, then did you buy one already? if you did, what is your process of getting thru to dell to accept your order?
