Ok I have tested both sticks seperatly and it seems like the stick I ordered lately only works at CAS latency 3.0 as SPD sets it. Although there is clearly to read CL2 on it I think I will have to send it back. Thanks for your reply Fern.

Thanks for answering! SPD bios settings are 2.5-3-3-8. I tried to run them with these settings but couldnt get dual mode with it either. Both sticks should run at 2-3-3-6 though, thats what I payed for. Do you think they send me the wrong sticks?
