How can I delete SP2 and then repair windows?

There is no repair. None. No repair option. There is only a rebuild. How can we just repair all of windows?

It is Pro. The extra boot selections was from our trying to figure it out.

There is also now 4 boot selections, we tried all four and none of them fixes this.

It is still stuck in a reboot loop.
