What would happen if I plugged it in and they dont support each other?

I have a msi b450 tomahawk with a ryzen 1700 and a sapphire rx580 4gb nitro+ and my psu is a seasonic focus gold + 650w. I have a spare r7 370 laying around could I put this into the bottom pci lane for crossfire? Or stupid question?

So should I try 3.7 later at 1.2v? If it wasnt stable it would just blue screen is it?

I've got it at 3.6 @ 1.2v and the soc @ 1v, its able to boot into windows and hasnt had a crash or anything yet, cinebench and gaming and a cpuz stress, idle around 44c and max temp 71c. Just seems like a low voltage?

I'm trying to over clock for the first time, I have a ryzen 1700 on a msi b450 tomahawk, ivd overclocked it to 3.6 and left everything else at auto, it all booted so I opened hw monitor and cpuz and ran cinebench r15, the vcore is at 1.19v max and 1.8v underload, soc is at 1.16, temps are idle...
