sorry for no update, i took the 6800 GT, copper heatsink, farcry, doom 3, 50 evga bucks for $25 running good so far optimal came up with 422/1.14 right out of box but was a little too hot. il let u know how it goes.

supernac i think the problems in NFSU is game related it would do something like ur describing wit my evga 5600 Ultra card. its a lot like lag and it would be in certain parts of the game. i would update game first.

i really dont know how the legal stuff works but doesnt the goverment sue for all of the people who have got the bait and switch. my example would be all those people who sued ford for the tires coming apart.

ElementK1, i was told by eVGA customer service that this limited edition card is no longer in stock and there are no plans to make any more cards. so if any 6800 LE break down be prepared to pay for shipping both ways and pay 25 dollars for a 6800 GT. unless we all can get them to change this...
