Actually, I hear that my motherboard reports inaccurate temperatures for the CPU. I went in there with a temperature probe and the temperature was about 15 degrees lower. Anyways, I replaced the motherboard and it works! So the problem was probably the motherboard. Thanks everyone for helping.
