Not necessarily, at 400w, it won't be a powerful system anyway. Can even have a fanless ati 7770 and be fine, to complete its purpose, being a quiet system.

My 3 cases and box of case fans and other smaller things did indeed arrive today, from UPS. Everything looked amazing! But the little usb door on one of the cases wasn't on right and came off once touched. But two of my cases came with psu's, and was only expecting one, so huge plus! Didn't...

I don't know about other new boards, but with the ASUS m3a78-t that I have, the bios(and as long as cool n'quiet isn't running) and an ASUS app, you can overclock with intervals of 5% with just a few clicks. You don't even have to know anything about overclocking.

AMD3410 use that at newegg for $10 less ZZF's is now $198.99, so $1 less then before...but for $190 newegg wins again. Too bad I bought from ZZF when it first hit $199, can't cancel it now, already, and they don't do pricematching.
