Another positive data point with an IHS paste replacement. Delidded my 3570K, ran it with NT-H1 (both CPU->IHS and IHS->HSF), then with Coolaboratory Liquid Ultra. Applied the liquid ultra to all 4 surfaces before assembling. Heatsink is a Noctua NH-C12P. Case has limited airflow, so...
