Check the options further, there are some options to increase the voltage beyond the 1.45v mark, but it is based on a percentage above what you have it set at already. Hope you haven't already purchased a PSU. If you want to stay within that budget and still get a quality PSU. Look into Aspire. They're aren't as well know for PSUs, but many people have been very successful with their overclocks using particularly the 520W Aspire. Just a suggestion, good luck.
