Anyone know what phase change thermal interface is used on the coolermaster cb5-g512 and at what temperture t he phase change occurs?

I found a 50x50x20mm fan online that has a cfm rating of ~20. I plan to put this on the cb5-5g12 and see what effect it has on my cpu temp.

That would seem to be severe overkill. What about a little thicker fan, 50x50x15 or 50x50x20?

I have purchased the coolermaster CB5-5G12 for use with my 800 duron, what I did not notice was the wimpy fan on it (~9cfm). Is anyone else using this heatsink if so how is it performing? Would putting another fan on it, say 20 cfm, greatly increase its cooling capacity? Finally where do i get a...
