this thermalright hs with this panaflo fan, and replacing all your system fans with these lower cfm panaflo fans should definitely be cool and quiet... also i agree with degrador, fan controllers are great for lowering fan noise when you arent using your computer....

the deluxe uses a 8-bit decoder and the expert uses a higher quality 10-bit decoder [= way better picture]...

i dont think that they were built to be hot to the touch though... in the OP, lnguyen said that the body was "hot enough that you actually jolt back a bit..." That's definitely not normal and warrants a RMA...

yah, if you want to run the chip at stock speeds, move the multiplier up to 11x, and the fsb to 166...

rma time... all the antec psus that ive had have exhausted air that was a little warm, but the body itself was never hot to the touch...

i have the praetorian and it is a pretty awesome case... however, if i were to get a case now, i would get the silverstone SST-TJ06-B case...

i replaced my antec trublue 480 for one of these and it works decently... if it were up to me though, i would take my old antec psu back anyday. if you really want a modular psu go with the antec neopower...

i threw one of these sparkle psus in a rig that i built for my mom and it works great - it is quiet and stable...
