    New rig and motherboard installation

Building a new rig, and I'd like to mount the motherboard with black thumbscrews. I've seen it done on a few modding sites, but i can't seem to find any specific information on screw size 6-32? and length? Anybody have any ideas? Thanks for the help.

    Vista to Vista Network Problem

you're looking for simple file sharing and it's not an option in a vista to vista network situation. Windows Vista by default does not allow simple file sharing. Access to shared folders, including the public folder (if shared), requires a user name and password. Vista is looking for...

Can anyone find a Logitech MX1000 for retail sale in the US?

The MX Revolution is the best mouse i've ever owned. Combine it with uberOptions and it does just about anything you could need/want. It's never crapped out on me and it holds its charge for an extremely long time.

    Help! Finding Misc. Hardware

I understand what you're saying perfectly Bill, no need to be snide ;) I've already tried getting the screws through the bottom ears only and they seem to be just a tad to long to squeeze in. I could file them or even use a hacksaw to take a small portion of them off as long as i don't ruin...

    Help! Finding Misc. Hardware

Just purchased an E8400 and an Enzotech Ultra-X. I also purchased one of the new Scythe "Ultra Kaze" 120 x 38mm fans (3000 rpm 133.6 CFM!) to mount on it for that extra kick. It apears that most stock 120mm fans are 25.4mm thick, and i was aware i'd need some new bolts when i ordered. After...

    Westinghouse L2410NM 24" 8ms Widescreen LCD

Thought i'd follow up, monitor and HDMI to DVI cable arrived today. Easy setup and the monitor is absolutely stunning. Very bright out of the box, so i'll be playing with the settings later on. The control buttons could be laid out better but unless you're a dolt, it's not really that big of...

    Westinghouse L2410NM 24" 8ms Widescreen LCD

I'm in for one, should be here on Wed or Thurs. All the reviews I've read say it's got a incredible picture and viewing angle, rivaling the more expensive 24" LCD's. For some reason it seems to be considered "low end" as far as 24" LCD monitors go by some AT folks. I'll post my findings after...

New build on the way, question about thumbscrews

I'm getting ready to build a new rig, and want to mount the motherboard with thumbscrews if possible. If it is possible, what size do the thumbscrews need to be. Antec P180 case, standard motherboard standoffs i believe.
