I would think the higher temp reading is the CPU but going by the bios reading the CPU is the lower temp on mine.So maybe winbond3 is for CPU temp since it matches with what I read in the bios. The core0 reading in MBM I believe is the main voltage which provides localized power for the CPU and...

I think most would recommend the Asus P4PE.Maybe check the AlbatronPE boards they oc well and are normally cheaper. When you get a new mobo you will probably need to repair(basically reinstalls all windows files and finds the new hardware but leaves your other files intact) your Winxp install.

I tried the memtest86 and no errors at 416mhz. My memory looks good. Also I have run prime95 for hours at 156FSB(memory at 416mhz) with no errors and many games and other benchmarks and it is very stable.But 1mhz more to 157FSB it won't post and resets to defaults in bios.

I have the same problem as Sem. I must shutdown instead of reseting from winXP .When I reset I get a cold boot. I also cannot get above 156FSB.I tried all 3 bios versions also.If I go above 156FSB it fails and resets the bios to defaults. It seems odd that the cpu would hit it's limit at...
