Finally solved the problem! I changed the 1st and 2nd monitor DVI cables to the bottom most card and the 3rd monitor to the DVI port on the Upper card, which I presumed to be the Primary card because it was labled card 1 in the Nvidia control panel and the bottom card was number 2, but I was...

So I did a clean install of the 306.23 drivers and the problem still persists.

wow, I just checked the site last night for the drivers. Didn't think there was an update out already. I will try a clean install of this driver and see if it helps. Thank you!:)
