If the drive has a manufacture date before Oct 2003, you have 3 years...at least that is my understanding. You can see the manufacture date on the drive itself if you flip the package over. Mine was prior to 10/03 and checks out as 3 yr.

FYI, this drive rang up as 224.95 at my local Circuit City in Harrisburg, PA (printed out the 2 70.00 rebates as well). Got the last one on the shelf, but this may be happening elsewhere...ymmv. They were newbs at the register (they tried to charge me for a giftcard...haha), but they didn't do...

Check the $60 rebate now...they changed the expiration from 4.30 to 4.23. Sneaky buggers...
