Here's my humble opinion:
I think we need to kill and revive him 169 times. You know, just before death...time to (*ahem*) attempt to revive him. Once revived, try something different. Couple heart-stops here and there, flat-line him a few times and shock the hell out of him to bring him...
I already went through and downloaded every single voodoo3 driver I could find...both off Compaq's site and user-created betas (including WickedGL which didn't seem to do a thing).
The card itself works great, but like I mentioned at the beginning - it just won't take advantage of the 3D side...
I did a clean install of Win2k recently and since then haven't been able to get any games to take advantage of the 3D graphics. My system is a Compaq model 5838 with the 16MB Voodoo3 1000 (came with it), 500 Mhz Athlon, and 256M Ram.
