I second xtknight, 2x 512MB reported to give best performance on most applications comparing to 2x 1024 sticks.

Just short notice: I use mobo Foxconn 6100K8MA-RS because I like microATX board with QPack SFF :x.

I had this experience, that time whatever FSB I changed, the speed is stuck at 2250. I shutdown the machine a few minutes, then restart again, finally I can get max at 275FSB. Is that a sign that the CPU melting and heavily stressed?. But hey.... the temp only showing 31-32 C.
