I'll probably skip this and see how the 10th anniversary phone is. The phones now are pretty much too good and you can go back a few years and be happy with them apart from the battery life :P

Thats like the 2012 Mac Mini being quad core and the later generations dropping off quad core and being much less user replaceable. I believe the 2012 Mac Mini you could have 16GB of ram, SSD and an HDD!
