@lefenzy Looks like this is an issue with the windows gadgets. I found that if I open up "Windows Task Manager" and kill "sidebar.exe" which happens to be desktop gadgets, alt-tab works fine as in it always stays on top of the windows you are switching to. Clearly this is a bug and hopefully...
