Problem is, he didn't use the 66x drivers for Nvidia. By most accounts, these offer Nvidia owners a 63% increase in FPS on HL2 stress test, and well over 400-600+ increase in 3DMark2003. My personal experiance with 66X drivers mirror this, about a 59% improvement here on my own CS FPS testing...
