    What controls Turbo Core in Xeons?

    Hello, i have a Gigabyte GA-X99M-Gaming 5 with a E5-2640v3 Bios Version F25c. Is it possible to use the Bios Mod with this board & CPU? Can i leave the bios settings @ default after flash? It would be great if someone might already have the modded bios and could upload here? Thank you.
