hmmm... have you tried formatting your C: before reinstalling the OS? this of course, will delete all data on that drive... ;)

well, I look in the SETILog file and noticed a pattern... every ninth WU isn't credited to me, but to another user instead. any idea(s) on how to fix this? This is due to OK being down, as you well know... Thx in advance.

errr, n/m... I figured it out... do I just reinstall SETI and SETIDriver if my userinfo is jacked? I looked in the log file and indeed, I'm crunching for somebody else... EDIT: beat me post... :)

okie, I rebooted... the files are still there; and I don't know what to delete either... I'm pretty positive that the 6 WUs were transmitted successfully because the icon was green then it turned blue after I clicked the "Stop Transmit" button; and in the SETILog there are 7 items listed...

Smokeball, I already uninstalled the GUI version... should I reboot and maybe the CLI version will pick up where the GUI version left off? Or should I just delete the files it left in the SETI folder?

hehe... just as I was reading your post Engineer, the icon on the bottom right of the screen turned to color blue (satellite dish shaped) and I look in SETI Driver, the WUs have apparently been sent and the cache is filled w/ new WUs. a while before that, I clicked the "Stop Transmit" button...
