i re-applied arctic cooling MX-4 and no luck, then i returned that card to newegg and get Powercolor 290 PCS+ and i can tell the temperature for PCS+ is way cooler, 70'c max with only 60% fan rpm, may be i got a bad card.
i had the 290 version of Twin Frozr IV, i dont think they are as good as they look in the cooling department, when gaming it constantly hit 94'c, the card itself was in a decent airflow case and my room also air conditioned.
this is actually same as free, except you have to pay tax when you purchase off staples.

I got Z77 Extreme 4 and 2500k too, I found that my CPU need 1.296-1.31V to get 4.5Ghz stable.
I leave the memory at 1600Mhz 11-11-11-30-1T 1.5v, all other voltage options at auto.
My CPU voltage (offset) +.005v LLC 5.
Under CPU advance configuration:
Enhance Halt State (C1E) = enabled...
