after I had given up, out of the blue I noticed the wifi light on the module on after I put it into sleep(s3) mode. I don't know what I did to make it stay on but it was not configured so I turned it back on and set up ap mode and then put it back into sleep(s3) did not stay on, I suspect buggy...
That sucks, I was really hoping to use this feature. Oh well. The manual explained what s3 and s4 was and what buttons do which, but they convientely left out the state that wifi mode goes into(just says sleep) very misleading.
Does anyone with this board(or any other asus deluxe boards) use the wifi-ap feature? The documents say that you can have the computer go into sleep mode and still have the wifi function. They use "sleep" very vaguely. It gives the impression that the computer turns off.
