yes. overscan, by default CCC set it to 8% underscan. i slided it to 0%. but screen is scaled to 8% underscan every time after reboot, but it automatically scale back to 0% after like 15 secs. I think there is something just wrong...

Why is my screen always automatically scaled down after every reboot? the screen scaled down like 10% after reboot. Even I manually adjust Catalyst Center scale setting, this issue still happens after reboot, but it will scale back up to 100% after like 15 secs. this really bothers me...

Special thanks to all you guys. I just exchanged the card to a different brand, and the scores look normal now. First got 7.9 on WEI, then 5850 graphic score on 3Dmarks 11 in performance preset. On Afterburner all graphs look very identical to my previous card except the tempure of the new...

I did it on 3Dmarks 11, i had couple of screenshots after the test: the memory usage still remain low under 500 MB tho... graphic core max'd up when using...

actually on the MSI Afterburner screenshot, I noticed that the memory usage remained very low all the time... could this be the problem?

I just check the power options, the PCI-E power management is already off. on the GPU-Z, i clicked the blue questions mark, and it did change to 3.0 from 1.1 when rendering. please advise.

I did a quick WEI run while MSI Afterburner is on. I can see the core graph is at max when testing graphic, and the memory is at max all the time (no changes at all).
