solved. l changed pcie banwith from 8x-8x to 16x -1x in bios and now gpu load for 26o gtx is 50-90% in metro 2033.

Damn!!! I found another problems 1- gpu load for my 260 is 0 percent during games i checked nv control panel and physx config was set to 260 gtx not auto select 2-gpu fan speed never goes beyond 60% in full gpu load for 570 gtx and max temp is 85 degrees Celsius I Don't Know What To Do...
