Is the monitor displaying as a "Dell 2407 LCD " or "Dell 24 LCD" under the Settings>Display tab? (This tab is in the same place where you would slide the resolution bar left and right to change the resolution)

This psu is very highly rated on SPCR (link).
Although the price isn't considered "hot" for a psu in general, like OP said, its a good deal on this particular psu.
I always find it funny when people spend $$$$ on their video card/motherboard/processor, only to put in a cheap $20 psu into...
There are two buttons on the side the you push in, and the front cover plops off. I don't see how hard that is. And the 5.25 in rails screw into the drive instead of the drive screwing onto the case. I don't see how this is any harder or more work than a normal case, if not easier.
regardless if you like the ATI brand or not, these prices are relatively hot. some people are willing to pay $400+ for a card that NVDA matches for less, but now they can get it for $300-, which is a good deal in my eyes.

if anything you would want a REFURB, as these would probably be the cards that were sent back for memory problems, and now coming out with their new/corrected memory chips
