alright, so in the background there's static, it's always there... music or no music. I've tried different speakers. Now, i have an augidy 2 soundcard. Could the huge mess of codec's i have be the issue? Or more hardware related? If it is the codec's.. is there a way to delete all...

I never got the drivers with this harware, and creative isn't all that helpful when it come to support... I have installed the latest drivers in an attempt to fix this. Would this be an issue with my mobo? due to it beeping and all? I installed this: SBA2_PCWDRV_LB_1_84_55-R1, but it's still...

This is the holographic xp home cd, genuine XP cd, it should just work with this cd alone?

No, I have the holographic XP cd, but it asks for SP2 cd....

alright, i have a sealed oem disc for XP home edition, but when i do the setup, (via, insert disc setup, hit a key, wait for setup to load blue screen, it all loads) once its in the setup, it ask's for a 2nd CD, SP2 cd, which i do not have! Is there any way around this? ty, Jordan
