If they are indeed VIA dacs, the card should be no different from the $27 Chaintech card on Newegg.

The DACs are not 24/96 on this card and the only way to get that is via SPDIF... Overall, a much worse card with much worse drivers than the Revo.... Another card that is presently an unknown is the Mad Dog Entertainer 7.1 at CompUSA for $29 after rebate. I'm curious as to how good that is...

Well, based on my experience with my 900NF, I'd definitely suggest the 700NF over the 757MB, which I assume to be nearly identical to the 700IFT due to better black-level and color quality. Otherwise, they're pretty even.

Always helps to know how you plan to use it...

From what I got from my conversation with John Carmack, the performance of the NV35 should put ATI to shame!

It told me the Geforce3Ti200 was 19% faster than my Matrox Parhelia and the Geforce4Ti4600 was 7380% faster. Bullshit in both cases.
