    Yes when I use Vsync there is no more tearing but I can't play with that input lag. Can I get rid of this by upgrading something in my pc.

    Thank you for your reply My refresh rate in windows and nvidia controll panelis 144Hz In fortnite I cap my FPS to 144 and it's stable When I play Fortnite whith 144FPS and 144Hz the game is not smooth and There is some tearing. I thinks those minor tearing are the cause of the choppiness of the game

I just want to tell you that when I disable my Graphics Card in device manager, I get screen tearing even in my desktop when I'm moving a window or scrolling.
