I just purchased the Cambridge Soundworks HT305-SE. I will set it up today.

I'm a first time projector owner, with a Epson 6100. I set it up last night projecting a 100" screen. All I can say is.....wow.

Dim the lights and get a projector! :) I picked up the Epson 6100 for $1599, put $10 worth of blackout cloth from Joann's on the wall, and instantly upgraded from a 32" TV to a 100" movie screen. ;)

I ordered the Epson 6100 from HHGreg today. Yeah, a bit more than my original budget. ;) I will report back when it arrives.

Hey guys, I would like to change the Sidebar background from the default shadow gradient to completely transparent so only the gadgets are visible. Do I need to download a skin program for this? Which is the best one that uses the least resources? Thanks!

If you play the latest games, you probably want to get a 8800GT since games are already starting to strain on it.

I've owned the ATI 650 and the DVICO Fusion 5 Gold. The Fusion 5 beats the 650 hands down and then some.

Just spend the money on a 8800GT and call it a day. Trust me, if you play any games, you'll need all the horsepower you can get. The cards you listed will get choppy at max detail.

That is not a bad thing. I've had my Westinghouse 32w6 since 2006. It's a great TV AND Monitor. It actually sits on my desk and is not too low resolution. Especially not bad for my $850 two years ago when everything was $1000 plus. It's a pleasure to work on and watch HD movies.

Are you sure it's not the hdd vibrating the case?
