The Costa Mesa store said they they are giving 20% off on some select items only. Not everything. Weak sauce.

I have the 170B4, same as this one, except it only comes with a 20GB harddrive. I added an additional 256MB RAM (total is 512MB). It now says that I have 32MB of video memory!

The problem with this is that both parties must come to an agreement or the feedback will not be removed. I wasted $20 on this because the other party would not come to agreement. So, this is not a guaranteed thing.

I just wanted to add that they customer service person at Verizon should offer you either free long distance or 1000 fre mobile to mobile minutes for $40. They should not charge you an extra $5. All you have to do is ask.
